Plastic Tank Eductors

Corrosion-resistant eductors for chemical, acid, and aggressive fluid service

Overview

Plastic tank eductors are designed for applications where corrosive, aggressive, or reactive fluids make metallic construction impractical. Available in PPL (Polypropylene) and PVDF (Kynar) materials, these eductors provide the same reliable, no-moving-parts mixing and agitation performance as their metallic counterparts — in a chemically resistant package.

We stock PPL & PVDF materials in sizes from ¼″ through 1-½″. Custom sizes and materials are available on request.

Available Materials

PPL (Polypropylene)

Excellent resistance to acids, bases, and solvents. Lightweight and cost-effective for general chemical service. Temperature range to approximately 180°F.

PVDF (Kynar)

Superior chemical resistance including halogens, strong acids, and oxidizing agents. Higher temperature capability than polypropylene. Ideal for aggressive chemical environments.

PVC

Good resistance to many acids, alkalis, and salts. Economical choice for water treatment and general chemical service at moderate temperatures.

CPVC

Extended temperature range compared to PVC. Suitable for hot water and chemical service up to approximately 200°F.
